RF Boneyard may collect your name, email, phone number, call sign, shipping details, quote request details, product interests, support ticket messages, repair request details, radio model, serial number if provided, and account activity.

- To manage accounts, call sign profiles, and order/quote history.
- To review support tickets and radio repair requests.

Payments
Payments may be handled through PayPal. PayPal processes payment information according to its own policies. RF Boneyard should not ask you to send sensitive payment-card information through support tickets or quote messages.
Call signs
Call signs are optional and are used to identify ham-radio customers and organize support or repair requests.
Data retention
RF Boneyard may keep quote, support, repair, and order records for business, safety, fraud-prevention, and customer-service reasons. Admin tools may delete or anonymize users and requests when appropriate.
