1. Product Listings & Electronic Parts

RF Boneyard sells vintage parts, donor pulls, obsolete components, new old stock, surplus items, tested parts, untested parts, boards, modules, accessories, and repair-related inventory. Each listing should be reviewed carefully before purchase.

Many items are old, discontinued, hard to find, removed from donor equipment, or intended for qualified repair use. Unless a listing clearly says otherwise, items should be considered repair parts and not factory-new retail goods.

2. Testing Notes & Buyer Responsibility

RF Boneyard may provide bench notes, DCA readings, visual inspection notes, donor equipment information, or other testing details when available. These notes are provided in good faith to help buyers make informed decisions.

Compatibility is ultimately the buyer's responsibility. Buyers should verify part numbers, markings, package style, circuit requirements, voltage and current ratings, service manual references, and installation suitability before use.

3. Repair and Restoration Expectations

We work to provide useful components and clear information for electronics repairs and restoration. Replacing a component may be one part of a broader troubleshooting process, so a purchase cannot guarantee a successful repair outcome. Different equipment faults sometimes require additional inspection, testing, or service.

4. Technical Safety Warning

Always discharge capacitors, use proper isolation and grounding practices, avoid unsafe live-circuit work, and follow manufacturer service documentation whenever available.

5. Orders, Payments & Shipping

Prices, availability, shipping options, and product quantities may change without notice. An item is not reserved until checkout and payment are completed. RF Boneyard may cancel or refund an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly listed, damaged before shipment, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. RF Boneyard is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, customs processing, weather, forwarding services, or events outside our control.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage, customs-clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout or required by applicable law or the selected shipping service, these charges are not included in RF Boneyard product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the international buyer. Customs or the carrier may collect them before delivery. RF Boneyard collects the displayed merchandise and shipping charges, but some destinations or carriers require duties or taxes to be prepaid by the sender; RF Boneyard may restrict shipping or quote different terms in those cases.

6. AS-IS / FINAL SALE — Serious Order-Issue Review

RF Boneyard™ products are generally sold AS-IS and FINAL SALE. Routine returns, refunds, and exchanges are not offered for buyer remorse, ordering mistakes, or incompatibility. Serious fulfillment errors, including an incorrect item or an item materially different from its description, may be reviewed case by case for an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund when warranted or required by law, as described in our Return Policy.

RF Boneyard™ is a specialty electronics boneyard and parts source. Inventory commonly includes vintage, obsolete, discontinued, donor, salvage, NOS, surplus, repair, tested, bench-verified, and other difficult-to-replace electronic parts and equipment. Many items may be decades old or may have unknown prior service, storage, installation, or operating history.

RF Boneyard™ tests, measures, inspects, or bench-verifies many items when practical. Any test information shown in a listing documents the condition observed by RF Boneyard™ at the time of testing; it does not create a warranty, guarantee, return right, refund right, or exchange right.

Buyer remorse, compatibility mistakes, incorrect diagnosis, wrong board or part selection, installation problems, equipment faults, changed plans, age-related failure, or later failure in the buyer's equipment do not create a return, refund, or exchange right.

If a package or item is physically damaged while in a shipping carrier's possession, the customer should preserve the packaging and follow the carrier's damage-claim process where eligible. Shipping damage does not create a product-return right with RF Boneyard™. If RF Boneyard™ shipped the wrong item or another serious fulfillment issue occurs, contact RF Boneyard™ Support promptly so the circumstances can be reviewed.

RF Boneyard™ may review a serious order issue on a case-by-case basis and determine whether any action is appropriate. A Support review does not create a right to a return, refund, or exchange.

The complete RF Boneyard Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

7. Account Use & Site Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site's operation, upload malicious files, scrape content excessively, copy listings for competing use, impersonate another person, or use RF Boneyard in a way that harms the site, its users, or its business.

7A. Customer Accounts & Bench Pass Membership

RF Boneyard™ is first and foremost a specialty marketplace and sourcing resource for hard-to-find electronic parts, repair components, vintage equipment, donor stock, and related inventory. A paid membership is not required to purchase products from the RF Boneyard catalog.

A free RF Boneyard customer account is optional and is intended to make purchasing and account management easier. Depending on the features then available, a free account may provide access to My Shack, order history and order-status tools, saved account information, official RF Boneyard service messages, D.I.G.-related activity available to the account, and other customer-service functions.

Bench Pass is an optional paid membership program that provides additional benefits beyond ordinary purchasing. Depending on the applicable plan, current program rules, eligibility, and feature availability, member benefits may include qualifying product discounts, member-only or early-access inventory opportunities, D.I.G. participation features, Bench Talk, Member Directory access, member-to-member messaging, special lots, grab bags, and other benefits RF Boneyard may introduce for members.

Membership benefits are supplemental to RF Boneyard's retail and sourcing services and are not guaranteed to remain identical for every plan or member. Benefits may vary based on membership type, account standing, inventory availability, recipient privacy choices, technical availability, and the rules stated in these Terms, the Community Guidelines, and any specific membership offer.

7B. Bench Pass Cards

Every logged-in account may have a digital Bench Pass showing its current membership status. One physical Bench Pass membership card is included with an activated paid membership at no additional card charge. A valid mailing address is required, and mailing, destination, inventory, or fulfillment limitations may apply. RF Boneyard may also issue physical cards to free accounts for promotions, early-member awards, or other discretionary programs. Lost, damaged, or additional cards are not the original included card and may require purchase of a replacement card.

7C. Community Guidelines, Posting & Enforcement

The RF Boneyard Community Guidelines are incorporated into these Terms for Bench Talk, member profiles, Member Directory participation, private messaging, and other community features. Users must not spam, scam, threaten, harass, impersonate others, flood discussions, repeatedly self-promote, send unsolicited commercial solicitations, distribute malicious links, deliberately disrupt the community, or publish another person's private information. Community content should remain reasonably related to electronics, parts, repair, restoration, tools, test equipment, vintage gear, and related RF Boneyard interests.

RF Boneyard may hide or remove content, resolve reports, restrict access, or suspend Bench Talk posting and/or private member messaging when community privileges are abused. Suspension of a communication privilege does not automatically erase an account, membership record, purchase history, or other records RF Boneyard must retain.

7D. Private Messaging, Reports & Administrative Messages

Ordinary member-to-member private conversations are intended for the conversation participants. RF Boneyard Admin is not provided a casual inbox for browsing ordinary unreported member conversations. If a message is reported, the reported message and relevant conversation context may be reviewed by RF Boneyard administration to investigate abuse, fraud, spam, threats, harassment, scams, or other rule violations.

Official RF Boneyard Admin service messages may be delivered to registered accounts even when the member has turned off ordinary member-to-member messaging. Members may reply to an official Admin conversation. Blocking and ordinary member messaging preferences do not prevent necessary RF Boneyard service communications.

A sender may remove their own message from the normal participant view where that feature is available. Removal from the conversation view does not necessarily erase records that RF Boneyard reasonably retains for reports, moderation, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

7E. Policy Acceptance

Creating a new account requires acceptance of the current Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. RF Boneyard may record the date and policy version accepted. Existing account holders may be asked to accept an updated Community Guidelines version before using community posting or ordinary member-to-member messaging again.

7F. D.I.G. — Demand Intelligent Grid

D.I.G. (Demand Intelligent Grid) is an RF Boneyard feature for organizing demand for hard-to-find electronic parts. Eligible members may create or join wanted-part requests for the same demand. Public D.I.G. displays may show part information, seeker counts, demand stages, aggregate priority, and other demand metrics while withholding seeker identities from the public display.

D.I.G. is a demand and introduction system. It is not a promise that any requested part will be found, available, authentic, functional, compatible, reasonably priced, or successfully delivered.

7G. D.I.G. Queue, Timestamps & Member Position

Active D.I.G. requests for the same demand are ordered by their recorded request timestamps. An earlier active request generally holds position ahead of a later active request. Queue position may move forward automatically when an earlier request leaves, closes, or is otherwise no longer active.

Leaving or cancelling a D.I.G. request gives up that active queue position. If a member later rejoins the same demand, the new request receives a new timestamp and enters according to that new timestamp. A prior queue position or prior timestamp is not restored merely because the same member rejoins.

Urgency settings are descriptive and may affect aggregate demand-priority displays, but urgency does not override timestamp order or move one seeker ahead of another. RF Boneyard may correct technical errors, remove duplicate or abusive requests, and take reasonable administrative action needed to protect system integrity.

7H. D.I.G. Source Leads & “I HAVE THIS PART”

A person or business may submit a source lead stating that they have, may have, or can supply a requested part. By submitting source/contact information through the D.I.G. source flow, the source authorizes RF Boneyard to process that information for D.I.G. matching and to disclose submitted source contact information to an assigned seeker when the D.I.G. flow calls for that disclosure.

A source submission is user-supplied information and is not automatically inspected, authenticated, tested, certified, endorsed, or guaranteed by RF Boneyard. Sources must not knowingly submit counterfeit, stolen, fraudulently described, unlawfully offered, or nonexistent merchandise, impersonate another person or business, or provide false contact information.

When a source is offered to a seeker, the seeker may accept or pass according to the controls then available. Passing a source while keeping the D.I.G. active preserves the request's queue timestamp. D.I.G. may then make that source available to another eligible seeker. System rules may prevent a source already passed by a member from being repeatedly re-offered to that same member.

7I. Third-Party D.I.G. Transactions

When D.I.G. connects a seeker with an outside source, any resulting transaction is directly between those parties unless RF Boneyard separately acquires and lists the item for sale through the RF Boneyard catalog. For a direct third-party source transaction, RF Boneyard and Hijuelos Sound Works LLC are not the buyer, seller, broker, payment processor, escrow service, shipping carrier, authenticator, inspector, or guarantor.

The seeker and source are solely responsible for deciding whether to proceed and for verifying identity, item authenticity, markings, condition, quantity, compatibility, legality, price, payment method, taxes, shipping, insurance, delivery, returns, refunds, and any other transaction terms. RF Boneyard does not guarantee source response, availability, price, authenticity, condition, compatibility, delivery, or transaction outcome.

7J. D.I.G. Privacy, Conduct & Enforcement

Users must not manipulate queue positions, create deceptive duplicate requests, impersonate seekers or sources, scrape private D.I.G. information, harass participants, submit fraudulent source leads, or use Bench Talk, member messaging, or other RF Boneyard features to evade D.I.G. controls or improperly solicit around the queue.

RF Boneyard may remove or close abusive, fraudulent, malformed, unlawful, duplicate, or technically invalid D.I.G. requests or source submissions; restrict access to D.I.G.; preserve audit information needed for security or dispute review; and take other reasonable steps to protect members, sources, the site, and system integrity.

Public D.I.G. demand displays are designed to avoid exposing seeker identities. Information a user voluntarily submits as a source, including contact information, may be shared through the assigned D.I.G. source-contact flow as described above.

8. Copyright, Images, Characters & Creative Ownership

All RF Boneyard website content, including product descriptions, original text, page layouts, graphics, banners, promotional images, photographs, artwork, slogans, mascot concepts, character names, character designs, and related creative materials are protected intellectual property.

All RF Boneyard images, graphics, original characters, mascot artwork, promotional cards, banners, slogans, and creative brand materials are copyright RF Boneyard 2026, operated by Hijuelos Sound Works LLC.

This includes RF Boneyard original character and mascot materials such as Sparky the RF Boneyard Zombie™, related artwork, story concepts, captions, promotional phrases,

Sparky the RF Boneyard Zombie™ is a pending trademark application of Hijuelos Sound Works LLC. USPTO Serial No. 99816339.

No RF Boneyard image, character, mascot, logo, banner, product photograph, graphic, written description, slogan, advertisement, story concept, or promotional material may be copied, reused, reposted, modified, sold, distributed, trained into datasets, used in competing listings, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from RF Boneyard / Hijuelos Sound Works LLC.

9. Trademarks & Brand Names

RF Boneyard, related logos, slogans, character names, mascot concepts, and brand identifiers are used as source-identifying brand assets. Other product names, manufacturer names, radio model names, and company names mentioned on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification, compatibility, repair, catalog, or descriptive purposes.

10. Third-Party Brands & Compatibility References

References to radio manufacturers, component manufacturers, model numbers, part numbers, service manual references, or equipment names do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation. These references are provided to help buyers identify possible fitment, repair use, or technical relevance.

11. Responsible Use and Limitations

Please verify specifications, compatibility, and appropriate installation procedures before using a component. Safe handling and installation should follow relevant technical and manufacturer guidance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RF Boneyard and Hijuelos Sound Works LLC do not accept responsibility for indirect or consequential losses resulting from unsuccessful equipment repairs or unsuitable installation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Updates to These Terms

RF Boneyard may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
