1. Product Listings & Electronic Parts

RF Boneyard sells vintage parts, donor pulls, obsolete components, new old stock, surplus items, tested parts, untested parts, boards, modules, accessories, and repair-related inventory. Each listing should be reviewed carefully before purchase.

Many items are old, discontinued, hard to find, removed from donor equipment, or intended for qualified repair use. Unless a listing clearly says otherwise, items should be considered repair parts and not factory-new retail goods.

2. Testing Notes & Buyer Responsibility

RF Boneyard may provide bench notes, DCA readings, visual inspection notes, donor equipment information, or other testing details when available. These notes are provided in good faith to help buyers make informed decisions.

Compatibility is ultimately the buyer's responsibility. Buyers should verify part numbers, markings, package style, circuit requirements, voltage and current ratings, service manual references, and installation suitability before use.

3. No Guaranteed Repair Outcome

Buying a part from RF Boneyard does not guarantee that a radio, amplifier, board, tuner, display, power supply, or other electronic device will be repaired successfully. Electronic troubleshooting may involve several possible failure points, and a failed component may also indicate problems elsewhere in the circuit.

4. Technical Safety Warning

Always discharge capacitors, use proper isolation and grounding practices, avoid unsafe live-circuit work, and follow manufacturer service documentation whenever available.

5. Orders, Payments & Shipping

Prices, availability, shipping options, and product quantities may change without notice. An item is not reserved until checkout and payment are completed. RF Boneyard may cancel or refund an order if an item is unavailable, incorrectly listed, damaged before shipment, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. RF Boneyard is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, customs processing, weather, forwarding services, or events outside our control.

6. Returns & Condition Limits

Because many items are vintage, obsolete, electronic, static-sensitive, donor-pulled, or installation-dependent, return eligibility may vary by product. Any return terms listed on an individual product page control over general language on this page.

Installed, soldered, modified, overheated, physically damaged, swapped, or mishandled parts may not be eligible for return. RF Boneyard may inspect returned items before issuing any refund.

7. Account Use & Site Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site's operation, upload malicious files, scrape content excessively, copy listings for competing use, impersonate another person, or use RF Boneyard in a way that harms the site, its users, or its business.

8. Copyright, Images, Characters & Creative Ownership

All RF Boneyard website content, including product descriptions, original text, page layouts, graphics, banners, promotional images, photographs, artwork, slogans, mascot concepts, character names, character designs, and related creative materials are protected intellectual property.

9. Trademarks & Brand Names

RF Boneyard, related logos, slogans, character names, mascot concepts, and brand identifiers are used as source-identifying brand assets. Other product names, manufacturer names, radio model names, and company names mentioned on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification, compatibility, repair, catalog, or descriptive purposes.

10. Third-Party Brands & Compatibility References

References to radio manufacturers, component manufacturers, model numbers, part numbers, service manual references, or equipment names do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation. These references are provided to help buyers identify possible fitment, repair use, or technical relevance.

11. Limitation of Liability

RF Boneyard and Hijuelos Sound Works LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business-loss damages arising from the use or inability to use products purchased from this site. Buyers accept responsibility for safe handling, proper installation, compatibility verification, and repair decisions.
