Shipping Policy
RF Boneyard™ ships hard-to-find RF, ham radio, CB radio, vintage communications, donor-board, salvage, NOS, surplus, and obsolete electronic repair parts.
United States Shipping
For most eligible U.S. orders, RF Boneyard™ uses a flat $10.00 shipping and handling charge unless the product listing or checkout shows free shipping or a different shipping arrangement.
Free Shipping Items
Some listings may be marked or configured as free shipping. If an item qualifies for free shipping, that will be reflected in the product listing, cart, quote, invoice, or checkout process.
International / Outside U.S. Shipping
For orders outside the United States, RF Boneyard™ may offer flat $35.00 shipping and handling where available. International shipping availability may depend on destination, item type, package size, customs restrictions, and carrier service.
Global Shipping / Forwarding Services
When available, RF Boneyard™ may use carrier-supported international shipping, marketplace-style global shipping, or package forwarding options. International buyers are responsible for confirming that the item can legally be imported into their country.
Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, import charges, or local delivery fees required by their country. These fees are not controlled by RF Boneyard™ and are not included in the product price unless specifically stated.
Processing Time
Most orders are packed and shipped as promptly as possible. Because RF Boneyard™ handles many vintage, small-lot, donor-board, and carefully packed electronic parts, some orders may require extra handling time.
Packaging
Parts are packed with reasonable care for electronic components. Sensitive semiconductors, boards, and vintage parts may be packaged using protective material appropriate for the item.
Combined Shipping
When practical, multiple items may be combined into one shipment. Combined shipping availability depends on item size, fragility, weight, value, and destination.
Delivery Issues
If a package is delayed, damaged, or appears lost, contact RF Boneyard™ with your order number and tracking information. We will review the issue and work toward a reasonable resolution based on the carrier status and order details.
