Shipping Policy

Free U.S. Shipping on Eligible Orders $25+

RF Boneyard automatically applies free standard U.S. shipping when the eligible merchandise subtotal is $25.00 or more before tax.

Not eligible: Hawaii (HI), international destinations, products marked Exclude from Free Domestic Shipping, and Special Handling merchandise. Special Handling items keep the shipping / handling charge assigned to that item.

Special Handling merchandise does not count toward the $25 minimum. If the remaining eligible merchandise independently reaches $25, its base shipping may be free while the Special Handling charge remains.

RF Boneyard™ ships vintage, hard-to-find, obsolete, salvage, NOS, donor, surplus, and current electronic parts and components for repair, restoration, bench, industrial, RF, radio, audio, test-equipment, and general electronics applications.

United States Shipping

For U.S. orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the applicable shipping charge is shown in the cart before checkout.

Special Shipping / Handling Items

Some heavy, oversized, fragile, donor-radio, transformer, bench test equipment, or large grab-bag items may show an additional special shipping or handling fee. When used, the product page and cart will show the fee and the reason before checkout.

International / Outside U.S. Shipping

For orders outside the United States, RF Boneyard™ may offer two flat international package rates where available: $24.00 for Small / Standard packages and $32.00 for Large packages where available. International shipping availability may depend on destination, item type, package size, customs restrictions, and carrier service.

Global Shipping / Forwarding Services

When available, RF Boneyard™ may use carrier-supported international shipping, marketplace-style global shipping, or package forwarding options. International buyers are responsible for confirming that the item can legally be imported into their country.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, import charges, or local delivery fees required by their country. These charges are not included in RF Boneyard product prices or its $24/$32 international shipping rates unless expressly stated. Duties, VAT/GST, brokerage and clearance fees are generally payable by the buyer, subject to applicable law and carrier requirements. Some destinations or services require sender-prepaid charges and may need different shipping arrangements.

Processing Time

Most orders are packed and shipped as promptly as possible. Because RF Boneyard™ handles many vintage, small-lot, donor-board, and carefully packed electronic parts, some orders may require extra handling time.

Packaging

Parts are packed with reasonable care for electronic components. Sensitive semiconductors, boards, and vintage parts may be packaged using protective material appropriate for the item.

Combined Shipping

When practical, multiple items may be combined into one shipment. Combined shipping availability depends on item size, fragility, weight, value, and destination.

Delivery Issues

If a package is delayed, damaged, or appears lost, contact RF Boneyard™ with your order number and tracking information. We will review the issue and work toward a reasonable resolution based on the carrier status and order details.
