Genuine TDK C1608C0G1H471J080AA multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC), supplied as one lot containing 185 pieces from original DigiKey distributor-labeled stock.
These miniature 0603 surface-mount capacitors feature 470pF capacitance, 50V DC rating, ±5% tolerance, and C0G/NP0 Class I ceramic dielectric.
The C0G/NP0 dielectric provides excellent capacitance stability, low dielectric losses, and minimal capacitance variation with temperature. These characteristics make these capacitors particularly useful in RF circuits and electronic applications requiring stable capacitance values.
