Murata GRT155R60J475ME13J multilayer ceramic capacitors rated at 4.7uF, 6.3V, ±20% tolerance, with X5R dielectric in a compact 0402 (1005 metric) surface-mount package. These AEC-Q200 qualified capacitors are designed for automotive-grade applications and are also useful for decoupling, bypassing, filtering, power-supply support, control electronics, communications equipment, and general component-level repair. Original Digi-Key labeled stock dated 2021.
