AVX 0603YD225KAT2A multilayer ceramic capacitors rated at 2.2uF, 16V, ±10% tolerance, with X5R dielectric in a 0603 (1608 metric) surface-mount package. General-purpose MLCC suitable for decoupling, bypass, filtering, power-supply support, RF support circuits, communications equipment, audio electronics, control boards, and component-level repair. Original stock is marked Made in Taiwan with a 2015 production label.
