TDK CGA Series multilayer ceramic chip capacitors rated 0.68 uF, 25 VDC, X7R dielectric, ±10% tolerance, in 0603 / 1608 metric surface-mount package. AEC-Q200 qualified and suitable for automotive, control, RF, communications, power, filtering, bypass, decoupling, and general board-level repair applications.

HISTORICAL BACKGROUND:
TDK’s CGA family is an automotive-oriented MLCC series designed for applications requiring stable ceramic capacitance over a wide operating temperature range. This part uses X7R dielectric, which is rated for operation from approximately -55°C to +125°C, and carries AEC-Q200 qualification for automotive electronic component applications. The 0603 package remains widely used in compact modern electronics, communications equipment, control circuitry, RF support circuits, and power decoupling networks.
