The SD2918 is a hard-to-find RF MOSFET commonly sought after for HF radio repair, RF driver stages, amplifier work, and technician bench stock. This part is being sold as imported old stock and has been checked on a bench semiconductor analyzer for basic MOSFET health.
The device was detected as showing normal N-channel MOSFET behavior. Bench readings showed 0 µA gate leakage, low off-current, normal body diode response, and stable small-signal test results.
This part has not been RF load tested. RF output power, gain, bias stability under load, and installed equipment performance are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Buyer must verify compatibility, mounting, bias setup, and installation requirements before use.
