50-piece lot of genuine Vishay Dale CRA04S0834K70JTD thick-film surface-mount resistor arrays. Each compact network contains four electrically isolated 4.7K ohm resistors with ±5% tolerance in an 8-terminal convex SMD package. The CRA04S series uses a high-grade ceramic body and was designed to reduce PCB space, component count, and assembly operations compared with installing four individual resistors. Rated dissipation is approximately 0.063W per resistor element, with a 50V maximum limiting element voltage, ±200 ppm/K temperature coefficient for the ±5% version, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C. Package dimensions are approximately 2.0 x 1.0 mm, commonly classified as 0804 / 2010 metric. HISTORICAL BACKGROUND: Resistor arrays became increasingly important as electronic assemblies moved toward dense automated surface-mount production. By combining several matched-value resistors into one small ceramic package, manufacturers could save board area, reduce pick-and-place operations, and simplify production of digital termination networks, pull-up and pull-down circuits, interface electronics, industrial controls, automotive modules, and communications equipment. Vishay's CRA04S family was a widely used thick-film array design featuring isolated resistors and convex terminations. Although the CRA04S series has since reached end-of-life, exact original parts remain useful for repair work, legacy production support, and maintaining existing PCB designs without footprint or qualification changes.
