Transistor 2:
Individually bench tested as the companion device in this two-transistor set. Device confirmed as an N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET and retained with Transistor 1 as the original Mouser-sourced pair.
Bench testing was performed as an electrical screening and characterization test. Final RF output performance depends on the amplifier circuit, bias adjustment, power supply, load, matching network, heatsinking, installation quality, and condition of surrounding components.
