Murata GRM2165C1H222JA01D 2200pF 50V C0G NP0 0805 Ceramic Capacitors 39pcs
$6.95
New old stock Murata GRM2165C1H222JA01D multilayer ceramic chip capacitors supplied in surface-mount tape. This RF Boneyard package contains 39 pieces.
These capacitors provide a capacitance of 2200pF, also expressed as 2.2nF or 0.0022uF, with a 50V DC rating and ±5% tolerance. The C0G / NP0 dielectric provides excellent capacitance stability and low loss, making this type especially useful in precision, timing, filtering, oscillator, RF, communications, instrumentation, and other circuits where stable capacitance is important.

HISTORICAL:
Murata Manufacturing began in Kyoto, Japan in 1944, and ceramic capacitors were central to the company from its earliest years. Founder Akira Murata established a small factory producing titanium-oxide ceramic capacitors at a time when electronic component manufacturing in Japan was still developing.
Demand for radio receivers and communications equipment after World War II helped accelerate the use of ceramic capacitors, and Murata became closely associated with the development and mass production of increasingly sophisticated ceramic electronic components. Over subsequent decades the company expanded globally and became one of the most recognized manufacturers of ceramic capacitors, filters, resonators, inductors, RF components, and other miniature electronic devices.
Multilayer ceramic capacitors such as the GRM series represent a major evolution from earlier single-layer ceramic capacitors. Multiple ceramic dielectric and internal electrode layers are stacked within a tiny package, allowing useful capacitance values to be achieved in dimensions suitable for automated surface-mount assembly.
C0G, also commonly designated NP0, is particularly valued because it is one of the most stable ceramic dielectric classes. Unlike higher-capacitance ceramic formulations that can vary more significantly with temperature, voltage, and age, C0G capacitors are widely selected for circuits requiring predictable and stable capacitance. This makes components such as the GRM2165C1H222JA01D especially useful in RF networks, oscillators, filters, timing circuits, instrumentation, communications equipment, and precision electronic repair.
Unused new old stock from legacy inventory. Packaging, age, and cosmetic condition may vary.
Pipeline quantities are informational and may change after arrival, inspection, sorting, testing, or donor teardown.
Compatible Radios / Boards
Suitable for circuits requiring a 2200pF / 2.2nF, 50V, ±5% C0G / NP0 capacitor in an 0805 surface-mount footprint. Useful for RF circuitry, communications equipment, oscillators, filters, timing networks, instrumentation, test equipment, industrial electronics, audio circuits, PCB repair, restoration, prototyping, and general electronic construction. Buyer should verify capacitance, voltage, dielectric type, package dimensions, and circuit requirements before substitution.
