Lot of 40 KEMET C0603C470J5GACTU multilayer ceramic chip capacitors supplied in cut carrier tape. These high-quality surface-mount capacitors are rated at 47pF capacitance, ±5% tolerance, and 50VDC and use a C0G/NP0 Class I dielectric in the industry-standard 0603 (1608 metric) package.

C0G/NP0 ceramic capacitors are particularly desirable in RF and precision electronic circuits because of their excellent capacitance stability, extremely low electrical loss, negligible capacitance aging, and stable characteristics over a wide temperature range.
