KEMET C0603C104K5RACTU 0.1uF 50V X7R 0603 SMD Ceramic Capacitors – 50 Pieces
$9.95
Lot of 50 genuine KEMET C0603C104K5RACTU multilayer ceramic capacitors supplied on original cut carrier tape.
These surface-mount capacitors have a capacitance value of 0.1uF, also expressed as 100nF, with a tolerance of ±10% and a rated working voltage of 50V DC. They use an X7R dielectric and a compact 0603 inch, 1608 metric package.
Specifications include 0.1uF capacitance, 100nF equivalent value, ±10% tolerance, 50V DC rating, X7R dielectric, Class II ceramic construction, 0603 inch package, 1608 metric package, multilayer ceramic construction, and surface-mount installation.
These capacitors are suitable for bypassing, decoupling, filtering, noise suppression, power-supply circuits, digital electronics, communications equipment, test equipment, audio equipment, and general PCB repair.
Historical Note:
The capacitors remain in their original labeled distributor package from Quest Components. The package identifies KEMET Electronics Corporation as the manufacturer and shows the complete manufacturer part number. The handwritten inventory count indicates 50 pieces remaining.
Unused new old stock from legacy inventory. Packaging, age, and cosmetic condition may vary.
Pipeline quantities are informational and may change after arrival, inspection, sorting, testing, or donor teardown.
Compatible Radios / Boards
Compatible with circuit boards requiring a 0.1uF, 50V, ±10%, X7R ceramic capacitor in a 0603 surface-mount footprint. Confirm capacitance, voltage rating, dielectric type, package dimensions, and circuit requirements before installation.
RF Boneyard Bench Notes
Original carrier tape and components visually inspected. Capacitors appear clean and unused. Individual capacitors were not electrically tested because of their miniature 0603 size and bulk quantity.
