Lot of 60 Murata GRM155R71H152KA01D multilayer ceramic chip capacitors supplied in an original Digi-Key distributor-labeled packet. Each capacitor provides 1500pF capacitance, equivalent to 1.5nF or 0.0015uF, with a 50V DC rating and ±10% tolerance.
These capacitors use an X7R ceramic dielectric and the miniature 0402-inch or 1005-metric surface-mount package. Specifications include an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, approximate dimensions of 1.0mm × 0.5mm, non-polar construction, lead-free terminations, and RoHS compliance.
