Lot of 140 Vishay Dale TNPW0603604RBEEA high-stability precision thin-film surface-mount resistors supplied in an original Digi-Key distributor-labeled packet. Each resistor provides a precise 604-ohm resistance value, tight ±0.1% tolerance, and a low ±25 ppm/°C temperature coefficient.
These resistors use the compact 0603-inch or 1608-metric SMD package. The original Digi-Key label identifies a 1/8-watt rating, while current technical data lists a maximum rating of 0.21 watt when the specified PCB layout and thermal conditions are maintained. Additional specifications include a 75V maximum operating-voltage rating and an operating temperature range of approximately -55°C to +155°C.
