Lot of 90 KEMET C0603C201J5GACTU multilayer ceramic chip capacitors supplied in an original Mouser distributor-labeled packet. Each capacitor provides 200pF capacitance, a 50V DC rating, ±5% tolerance, and a stable C0G/NP0 Class 1 ceramic dielectric.

These capacitors use the compact 0603-inch or 1608-metric surface-mount package. Specifications include an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, low-loss construction, approximately ±30 ppm/°C temperature stability, and a non-polar two-terminal design. RoHS compliant with matte-tin terminations.

C0G/NP0 capacitors offer excellent capacitance stability with minimal change from temperature, applied voltage, or aging. Suitable for RF circuits, oscillators, tuning networks, resonant circuits, filters, timing circuits, communications equipment, test equipment, instrumentation, prototyping, and component-level PCB repair.

Historical Note: KEMET’s commercial C0G multilayer ceramic capacitor series was developed for circuits requiring greater stability and lower electrical loss than ordinary Class 2 ceramic capacitors. C0G/NP0 components remain widely used in precision timing, RF, tuning, and measurement applications.
