Lot of 60 Panasonic ERA-3AEB203V high-precision thin-film surface-mount resistors supplied in an original labeled packet. Each resistor has a 20k-ohm resistance value, tight ±0.1% tolerance, 0.1-watt or 1/10-watt power rating, and a low ±25 ppm/°C temperature coefficient.
These resistors use the compact 0603-inch, 1608-metric package and have a 75V limiting element voltage, 150V maximum overload voltage, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C. AEC-Q200 qualified and suitable for circuits requiring accurate, stable resistance with low current noise and excellent linearity.
Typical applications include precision amplifiers, measurement circuits, voltage dividers, feedback networks, communications equipment, automotive electronics, industrial controls, test equipment, audio circuits, and component-level PCB repair.
