Original labeled distributor NOS packet containing 60 KOA Speer RK73H1JTTD1004F thick-film surface-mount resistors. Each resistor has a resistance value of 1 megohm, 1 percent tolerance, 0.1-watt / 1/10-watt power rating, and a temperature coefficient of plus or minus 100 ppm per degree C. These resistors use the compact 0603 imperial / 1608 metric SMD package, measuring approximately 1.60 x 0.80 mm with a maximum seated height of approximately 0.55 mm. Manufacturer specifications include a maximum working voltage of 75 volts and an operating-temperature range of -55 C to +155 C. Suitable for bias networks, voltage dividers, pull-up and pull-down circuits, sensing circuits, feedback networks, control boards, communications equipment, radio repair, test equipment, audio electronics, and general surface-mount circuit-board work. The RK73H series uses metal-glaze thick-film construction and is suitable for automated placement and reflow soldering. AEC-Q200 qualified and supplied with lead-free terminations.
