Each capacitor has a 100 pF capacitance value, 50 VDC rating, 1 percent tolerance, and C0G temperature characteristic of 0 +/-30 ppm per degree C. These commercial-grade capacitors use the compact 0402 imperial / 1005 metric surface-mount package, measuring approximately 1.00 x 0.50 x 0.50 mm. Manufacturer specifications include a minimum Q value of 1000, minimum insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms, and an operating-temperature range of -55 C to +125 C.
