Yaesu FT-897 / FT-897D PA Unit board removed from a donor Yaesu HF/VHF/UHF transceiver.

This is a used donor-pull PA/final amplifier board intended for technician repair, restoration, parts harvesting, or bench stock. The PA unit is one of the key RF power sections of the FT-897 / FT-897D radio and may contain valuable original Yaesu RF components, final transistors, driver parts, bias components, RF transformers, coils, relays, connectors, capacitors, resistors, thermal hardware, and other PA-section parts.

Visible device markings include a Mitsubishi 2SC5125 RF power transistor. Board silkscreen markings also show Q3013 / Q3014 2SC5125 locations and a Q3016 2SC3102 marking in the VHF/UHF final area.
