10-Pack 103 Ceramic Capacitors – 0.01uF / 10nF – Sample Tested 10.155nF – NOS / Surplus
$5.99
10-pack of 103 ceramic capacitors from surplus / reel stock. A sample capacitor from the lot tested at 10.155nF, which is a good reading for a 103-marked capacitor. The 103 code equals 10,000pF, 10nF, or 0.01uF. These capacitors are useful for vintage radio repair, CB radio repair, ham radio bench work, RF circuits, bypass circuits, coupling circuits, filter networks, oscillator sections, and general electronics repair.
Historical Note:
Three-digit capacitor codes are commonly used on ceramic capacitors. The first two digits are the value and the third digit is the multiplier in picofarads. A 103-marked capacitor is a standard 10nF / 0.01uF value commonly found in radios, CB equipment, ham gear, audio circuits, test equipment, and general electronics.
Legacy or discontinued stock no longer in normal production flow. Future supply may be limited.
Pipeline quantities are informational and may change after arrival, inspection, sorting, testing, or donor teardown.
Compatible Radios / Boards
Suitable for circuits requiring 103 ceramic capacitors, 10nF capacitors, 0.01uF capacitors, or 10,000pF capacitors. Common use includes vintage radio repair, CB radio repair, ham radio equipment, oscillator circuits, bypass circuits, coupling circuits, filter circuits, test gear repair, audio repair, and electronics bench work. Verify voltage rating and circuit requirements before installation.
RF Boneyard Bench Notes
Bench Measurements:
Marking: 103.
Marked Value: 0.01uF / 10nF / 10,000pF.
Sample Measured Value: 10.155nF.
Pack Size: 10 pieces.
Visual Inspection: Body and leads visually inspected.
Bench Evaluation:
PASS - Random sample tested at 10.155nF.
PASS - Reading matches the 103 capacitor code.
PASS - Body and leads visually inspected.
PASS - Suitable for repair, restoration, and bench project use.
Note: 103 is the capacitance code, not the voltage rating. 103 equals 10nF / 0.01uF. A 0.1uF capacitor would normally be marked 104.
