MRF422 Motorola NPN Silicon RF Power Transistor for HF final amplifier and RF PA repair applications. This rare RF power transistor is commonly used in vintage HF radios, linear amplifiers, PA boards, and final amplifier sections where a high-power 2–30 MHz RF device is required. Datasheet references list the MRF422 for 28V operation and approximately 150W PEP output capability at 30 MHz when used in the proper circuit.
