VCE(sat) measured 0.010 V at IC 5.00 mA and IB 1.00 mA. ICE leakage measured 0.000 mA. Device exhibited strong gain characteristics, normal silicon junction behavior, excellent saturation performance, and no measurable leakage during testing.
