24 PCS Vintage Mixed Capacitor Grab Bag Axial Electronic Components
Full Description & History
Assorted vintage electronic capacitors featuring axial-lead components, metal-cased designs, molded capacitors, and older encapsulated types. This 24-piece vintage surplus assortment contains a variety of capacitance values, voltage ratings, physical sizes, and construction styles.
Suitable for vintage radio restoration research, audio equipment repair projects, electronics hobbyists, component identification, and historical electronics collections. Components exhibit varying degrees of age and lead wear.
Two sample capacitors were measured and found within their marked capacitance tolerances. The remaining components have not been individually tested.
LIFECYCLE: NOT VERIFIED
HISTORICAL BACKGROUND:
Axial-lead capacitors were widely used throughout twentieth-century electronic equipment, including radio receivers, television sets, audio amplifiers, communications equipment, and laboratory instruments.
Paper, film, and electrolytic capacitor technologies provided filtering, coupling, bypass, timing, and power-supply functions in vintage electronic circuits.
Many older capacitor constructions have been superseded by modern components offering improved reliability, stability, and reduced physical size. Original vintage examples remain relevant for historical study, component identification, and restoration research.
Unused new old stock from legacy inventory. Packaging, age, and cosmetic condition may vary.
Pipeline quantities are informational and may change after arrival, inspection, sorting, testing, or donor teardown.
Compatible Radios / Boards
Compatible Radios / Boards
Vintage radios, audio amplifiers, television equipment, electronic instruments, and general restoration projects where individual component specifications and electrical characteristics are independently verified. No specific arcade machine compatibility confirmed.
