Nexperia BAS521,115 300V 250mA SOD-523 Switching Diodes 45 PCS
Full Description & History
Genuine Nexperia BAS521,115 high-voltage, high-speed silicon switching diodes, supplied as one lot containing 45 pieces from original distributor-labeled electronic component stock.
These miniature surface-mount diodes feature a maximum reverse voltage of 300V, forward current rating of 250mA, and reverse recovery time of 50ns.
Unlike Schottky barrier diodes, the BAS521 is a conventional high-voltage silicon switching diode designed for fast electronic switching applications.
The extremely compact SOD-523 package makes these components suitable for densely populated printed circuit boards where minimal installation space is available.
Typical applications include high-voltage switching circuits, signal switching, electronic control systems, industrial electronics, communications equipment, instrumentation, and component-level PCB repair.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Unused new old stock from legacy inventory. Packaging, age, and cosmetic condition may vary.
Pipeline quantities are informational and may change after arrival, inspection, sorting, testing, or donor teardown.
