Our Mission · Our Promise

RF Boneyard Philosophy

RF Boneyard is an electronics salvage and specialty-parts source built to keep useful equipment repairable. We recover, identify, organize, and sell hard-to-find components so technicians and enthusiasts can finish repairs that ordinary supply channels can no longer support.

What RF Boneyard Is

Electronics salvage organized for people who repair things.

Our main purpose is not to collect radios for display. It is to preserve useful electronics by keeping the parts, components, assemblies, donor pieces, and old-stock inventory that repair people still need.

We serve independent repair shops, experienced technicians, ham and CB operators, RF builders, vintage audio restorers, test-equipment owners, collectors, and anyone trying to keep older electronics working when the original part has become difficult or impossible to source.

What We Stand For

01

Useful Salvage

Recover good electronic parts and inventory before they are lost, scrapped, or forgotten.

02

Accurate Identification

Part numbers, manufacturers, package details, quantities, condition, and history matter.

03

Honest Condition

We say what we know, distinguish tested from untested, and avoid pretending uncertainty is fact.

04

Repair First

The value of a rare component is what it allows a technician, owner, or restorer to put back into service.

05

Hard-to-Find Inventory

We intentionally hunt obsolete, discontinued, unusual, vintage, and specialty electronic components.

06

Community

We support the people keeping radio, RF, audio, test gear, and older electronics alive every day.

A Note From the Founder

RF Boneyard grew from a problem every repair person eventually runs into: the fault is found, the diagnosis is correct, and the entire job stops because the one component needed is no longer easy to buy.

That is where the Boneyard belongs. We salvage useful inventory, track down old stock, identify what we have, organize it carefully, and put those parts where repair people can actually find them.

If a component from RF Boneyard helps a shop finish a repair, gets an old radio back on the air, keeps a piece of test equipment useful, or saves good electronics from being discarded, then the system is doing its job.

“Keep the parts moving, keep the benches working, and keep good equipment useful.”

Sparky, the RF Boneyard zombie mascot

Meet Sparky™ — The RF Boneyard Zombie

Sparky is RF Boneyard’s resident zombie bench mascot, created in fun to represent the stubborn spirit behind salvage, repair, and keeping useful electronics in circulation.

He represents the Boneyard idea: dig up the parts others forgot, put useful components back on repair benches, and have a little fun while doing it.
